Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories and military APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Custom or made-to-order doll clothing may require an additional 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is FREE for purchases over $75.00 and a flat rate of $5.99 for under $75.00. If your order contains furniture or larger items, the shipping cost which will be computed at checkout.
Delays & Tracking
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, weather, postal service delays, and high-volume seasons may impact timing. You can always track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email or log into your account.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. We’ll work quickly to replace or refund your item.
